Welcome to Demand AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Demand AI website (demandapp.net), products, and services operated by DEMAND AI TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Singapore. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
欢迎使用 Demand AI。本《服务条款》（“条款”）对您访问和使用由在新加坡注册的 DEMAND AI TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.（“我们”或“本公司”）运营的 Demand AI 网站（demandapp.net）、产品及服务进行规定。使用我们的服务即表示您同意受本条款约束。
1. Description of Service / 服务描述
Demand AI provides artificial intelligence-driven video generation, data visualization, and related digital content creation tools. Demand AI 提供人工智能驱动的视频生成、数据可视化及相关的数字内容创作工具。
2. Account Registration / 账号注册
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. 为访问某些功能，您必须注册账号。您有责任妥善保管您的密码，并对您账号下发生的所有活动负责。您必须在注册时提供准确、完整的信息。
3. Payments and Billing / 支付与计费
Our services may require payment. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe.
- Prices are billed based on the selected rendering quality and consumed words/compute time.
- All fees are non-refundable once the AI generation process has commenced, due to the irreversible nature of GPU compute costs.
我们的服务可能需要付费。所有付款均通过我们的第三方支付服务商 Stripe 安全处理。
- 价格根据所选的渲染质量和消耗的字数/计算时间计费。
- 由于 GPU 计算成本的不可逆性，一旦 AI 生成过程开始，所有费用均不予退还。
4. User Content and Conduct / 用户内容与行为
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you upload (prompts, text, images). By using our service, you grant us a license to host and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You agree NOT to use the service to generate illegal, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content. 您保留对您上传的内容（提示词、文本、图像）所拥有的任何知识产权。使用我们的服务即表示您授予我们托管和处理这些内容的许可，仅用于为您提供服务。您同意不使用本服务生成非法、仇恨、暴力或色情内容。
5. Governing Law / 适用法律
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. 本条款受新加坡共和国法律管辖并按其解释。
